The Most Dangerous Cake in the World

So I was feeling a little snackish this evening, being home alone, so I thought I would make myself a little treat. I wanted something yummy but didn't want to heat up the oven. I found the perfect thing. It's called "5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake", but at the end, it styles itself "The Most Dangerous Cake in the World", because, it says, "Now you can have chocolate cake in just 5 minutes at any time of the day or night." So here it is - the recipe for "The Most Dangerous Cake in the World":

4 Tbs flour
4 Tbs sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional - I leave them out)
a small splash of vanilla extract
dash of salt

Spray large mug with non-stick cooking spray. Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg, milk and oil and mix. Add vanilla and salt, and chocolate chips if desired. Cook 3 minutes in 1000 watt microwave. Cool slightly. Enjoy!
